To classify what's officially the best things to do in Rotorua you'd have to tick off a lot of activities and tours... so we're taking on the challenge! Ok not really, but over the years (and on this trip) we've researched and ticked off loads of activities and this day was easily the combo of some of the best things to do in Rotorua that we've come across.

First stop was Adventure Playground for some 4x4 drifting in the rain, followed by some claybird shooting. The official tour we did was the 'double pass' and loved every second of it! Check out the tour on Adventure Playgrounds site here — https://geni.us/adventureplayground

We then took a trip out to Secret Spot, the new cool kid in Rotorua. They're super cool cedar hot tubs tucked away in the forrest, next a running river, and was the most chill 45 minutes we could have asked for. You can see more of Secret Spot here — https://geni.us/secretspot
