I don't usually like to prescribe exact exercises to fix problems like sciatica because every case is different, but I've had a lot of positive feedback from these 3 moves so I felt I would be doing a disservice to anyone suffering from piriformis related sciatica by not posting this. As stated, sciatica is often caused by a tight piriformis but it could be caused by a great many things. As always, prevention is better than cure. Movement is medicine.
