Minor nerve pain can be alleviated with simple gliding exercises.
(1) Ulnar nerve glide: make an OK symbol with your fingers, flip it upside down and create a mask on your face.
(2) Median nerve glide: extend your arm, turn your arm so your fingers are pointing down and palm is facing out, then drop your opposite ear towards your shoulder.
(3) Radial nerve relief: extend your arm, flip your hand down, palm facing your body and drop your opposite ear to your shoulder.
