1) Show, don't tell Include examples of your previous work in the CV. Snapshots of your best dashboards or may be a video of your project
2) Be flexible Recruiters like to hire people with flexible & open attitude towards nature of work, operating environment and practices.
3) Focus on learning, not on earning Look at new job as an opportunity to learn. Money will follow later.
