It’s been almost 30 days into the NEW YEAR and I know you are off to a fantastic start with your 2020 Hair Goals! In the past, I have over complicated the steps to taking care of my hair. It’s actually really simple. Step 1: Be consistent with using something that really encourages hair growth like fenugreek, rosemary, growth oil, a healthy diet, hair supplements… Choose 1 thing that you know you will do consistently that will encourage healthy hair to grow from inside your body! Then, Step 2: Be consistent with using 1 to 3 products that maintain the health of the hair that has already grown from your scalp. I use 1 shampoo consistently, and 1 conditioner consistently. I have a HUGE problem with keeping my hair moisturized so I am giving this DIY leavein conditioner a try. Hopefully, I can keep it up for the entire year! And finally Step 3: Be consistent with protectively styling. That means embracing those airdried curls (not too much heat)! Protect your ends and minimize all of that styling manipulation by keeping your hair in braids or buns. That’s it! Easy Peasy!
