3 questions to ask your injector when it comes to lip fillers

1) Are they qualified and experienced?
A one day course doesn't give you the knowledge and expertise you need to be able to inject safely. Learning about anatomy takes time, and understanding how dermal fillers can impact anatomy takes even longer.

2) How do they choose the right dermal filler for you?
Not all fillers are created equally. Some fillers produce a stiff and unyielding result, leading to a very unnatural, alien look. Premium fillers may be more expensive, but they will have been produced under strict conditions to ensure elasticity and ease of movement after injection.

3) Can they recognise and deal with complications?
It's important that your injector can recognise an adverse event or complication after treatment, and act quickly to resolve it. You should be able to contact your injector (and expect a quick response) if you're concerned about the outcome of your treatment. If complications do occur after treatment, delays in response or subsequent treatment by your injector could worsen the situation.
