3 Reasons Why I Almost Always Do Narrow Push-ups and Pull-ups

I've long used narrow pushups and pullups in my calisthenics workouts. I find they offer more range of motion for the muscles, are more challenging and work the muscles in the arms and torso better. But the biggest reason is that I find it's much easier on the joints especially the shoulder and elbow joints.
