3 SAFE Moves for Quick Sciatica Pain Relief (Release Centralize Glide)

Follow
Precision Movement

Tired of dealing with sciatica pain? Join Coach E and Dr. B for quick tips and three exercises for pain relief right now.

First, Dr. B explains what causes sciatic pain and what the root causes are behind those symptoms. She also discusses the role of surgery in treatment. Then Coach E demonstrates three exercises that will help settle down the pain a few notches and get you to a point where you can start addressing those root causes.

There are a couple of red flags with sciatica. If you have tingling or numbness in the perineum or loss of bladder control along with your sciatica symptoms, take yourself to the emergency room right now.

For the exercises, you will need a massage ball or lacrosse ball and a table or something similar you can sit on where your feet don't touch the ground.
