Alright today we're going over the 3 Most Underrated upper body exercises (specifically chest & biceps)
So I started thinking about exercises that I think everyone should incorporate more into their weekly workout programs and these were some of my favorites. First I cover 3 different variations of the coffin press and I'm sure you've done the original version but the other two are actually better when it comes to connecting with the inner chest. Second was two seated cable row variations for biceps... I know sounds wrong but they are actually incredible.
