Now, Discord is a great platform for communication and gaming, but did you know you can also enjoy your favorite tunes with your friends? So, whether you're hosting a gaming session, having a virtual party, or simply hanging out, playing music on Discord can enhance your experience. So, without further ado, let’s get started! For starters, you can play music on Discord by sharing your screen and audio with your friends. You can open your preferred music player on your computer, and then start a voice or video call with your friends on Discord. After that, you can click on the "Share Your Screen" button at the bottom of the call window, and choose the music player or the specific window where your music is playing. And lastly, check the "Share Audio" option to allow your friends to hear the music. And so, your friends will be able to listen to the music you're playing through your shared screen. You can also play music by using a music bot. Now, several music bots are available for Discord, such as FredBoat, and all you need to do is set it up. First, you need to invite the music bot to your Discord server by visiting its respective website and following the instructions.
