Recipe for Cells
80 grams of American flotroel
40 grams of paint
30 grams of water
for Decoart or folkart it's 1 part paint to 1 part flotroel and just enough water to match the consistency of your premium brands.

Recipe for No Cells
Mix 3 parts of American Flotroel with 1 part Golden Regular gel gloss.
80 grams gelflo mix
40 grams of paint
40 grams of water
for pigments I melt my pigments in Golden High Flow medium and add the gelflo mix
No water in the pigments. Add more of the high flow medium if it needs to be thinned
