Day 1 50 regular pushups/ 50 Half Pushups Sets of 10 and 5
Day 2 50 regular pushups/ 50 Half Pushups Sets of 10 and 5 Sore
Day 3 50 regular pushups in the AM / 50 regular pushups in the PM Sets of 10 Really sore
Day 4 50 regular pushups in the AM / 50 regular pushups in the PM Sets of 10 Back to just sore
Day 5 50 regular pushups in the AM / 50 regular pushups in the PM Sets of 20 and 10 Just a little sore still
Day 6 50 regular pushups in the AM / 50 regular pushups in the PM Sets of 25 No soreness
Day 7 50 regular pushups in the AM / 50 regular pushups in the PM Sets of 20
Day 8 50 regular pushups in the AM / 50 regular pushups in the PM Sets of 20 and 10's

Starting at day 11, I set a new goal to try and get 50 pushups in a row, so my sets were all over the place in terms of reps. Interestingly enough, I found I was typically able to get more reps in a row after I had done already done 50 or more pushups.
