Join me for this 30 min Low Impact HIIT HOURGLASS workout and let's work on slimming down the waistline & thighs with this Slim Waist & Thighs Workout that actually WORKS! This workout combines cardio & toning bodyweight exercises to challenge your body, burn calories, and improve your WAISTLINE & THIGHS.

This workout is suitable for all fitness levels! The uncomplicated moves make it easy to adjust to any fitness needs. You can scale up the intensity by adding weights or jumps, or scale it down by reducing the pace and not going as low on squats or lunges.

We'll start with a 5 minute warm up that includes low impact cardio exercises meant to warm up the body and prepare your muscles for the workout.

The main workout consists of a series of low impact exercises that we'll perform for 30 seconds each, followed by a 10 second rest, before moving on to the next exercise. We'll complete a total of 3 rounds, providing a solid 30 minute workout session. Each exercise is carefully designed to reshape & tone your abs, glutes & thighs, helping you achieve an attractive HOURGLASS BODY.

The exercises in this HIIT workout are designed to promote fat loss and reshape your waist, glutes & thighs! We'll incorporate steady state cardio movements to keep your heart rate up and burn more calories while focusing on toning your abs, glutes & thighs. If you're not a fan of jumping, this workout is perfect for you!

After the main workout, we'll cool down with 5 minutes of low impact cardio and some gentle stretching to help your muscles recover.

Remember to stay hydrated throughout the workout and listen to your body. If an exercise feels too difficult or causes pain, feel free to take a break or modify the move.
