I filmed this stretch routine during a tough time (that I’m still plowing through). I didn’t plan the movements as I normally do, I just put on some calm music, closed my eyes, and listened to what my body needed in the moment. It’s amazing what happens to our mental, emotional, and physical state when we really take the time for ourselves to breathe, stretch, and reboot.
