It`s a Moderate Pace Cardio Session that can easily replace your treadmill, or other cardio machines you might be using in the gym. This is a medium intensity steady state cardio workout you can use for calorie burn and weight loss.

I tracked this workout using 2 bands (walking mode): Amazfit 5 and Xiaomi Mi5
Amazfit 5: 2,57 km, 3676 steps, 251 calorie burn
Xiaomi Mi Band 5: 3,15 km, 3524 steps, 253 calorie burn
The only breaks I took with this workout were between rounds. Worked through the black and white sections.
