30 min Full Body STRESS RELIEVING CIRCUITS

Let the muscle increase and the stress decrease! This full body workout is the perfect way to reduce stress and get strong! I created this workout to not only help you build muscle and reach your goals but also to help you decompress and relieve stress in the process! This is a circuitstyle workout with a focus on lower body circuits, upperbody circuits, and then finally an allout abs circuit!

30 MINUTE FULL BODY DUMBBELL WORKOUT STRUCTURE & EXERCISES
EQUIPMENT NEEDED
DUMBBELLS I used a range from 10lbs to 40lbs / 4.5 20kg When selecting a weight for this workout, you want to lift heavy! Pick a weight that will challenge you for the entire 40 seconds of work, but is very challenging for the last 1015 seconds.

STRUCTURE
5 TOTAL CIRCUITS
5 EXERCISES PER CIRCUIT
2 UPPER BODY, 2 LOWER BODY, AND 1 ABS CIRCUIT
WORK: 40 SECONDS REST: 20 SECONDS
REST BETWEEN CIRCUITS: 45 SECONDS
MODIFICATIONS WILL BE PROVIDED ON SCREEN FOR SOME OF THE EXERCISES

NARROW (CLOSE GRIP) CHEST PRESS
KNEELING REAR DELT FLYES
CLOSE GRIP ROW
CIRCUIT 5
BEAR CRAWL HOLD
LHOLD KNEE, SHIN, ANKLE
SWITCH SIDES
FULL SIT UP WITH ALTERNATING TWIST
DEAD BUG
