30 min Intermediate Standing Yoga Flow | Full Body Flow For Strength u0026 Flexibility | Minimal cues

Welcome to 30 minute Intermediate Standing Yoga Flow! All yoga poses in this practice are standing poses, but we are going to add a few different arm variations and binds to make it feel more like a fullbody flow.
Make sure to listen to your body and not push it into positions that it is not ready for. Especially bound yoga pose variations require good shoulder flexibility, so pay attention to how your shoulders feel, especially if you had any injuries or other shoulder issues. You can always modify standing poses and add arm variations that feel better for your shoulders :)
A yoga block can be useful in this practice for Triangle, Side Angle and Half Moon.
