Welcome to this 30 minute fullbody morning yoga flow, to help improve your strength and flexibility. This class is perfect for people of all levels who want to strengthen and open their bodies. We’ll begin with a brief meditation on the breath to draw the awareness inward, followed by standing pose sequence, and then finish by opening the hips to improve flexibility and mobility in the lower back, legs, hips, inner legs, and groin.
