WALK&TONE. ARMS, SHOULDERS AND BACK.

Hello beautiful, today I present a new training modality that I have included in the channel, WALK & TONE (walk and tone). Although it would be more real to say WALK or RUN (run) & TONE and even if we add the TALK (talk) we would already complete the description of the routine .

It is a combined toning training, specifically today we will focus on the upper body (arms, shoulders and back), with active breaks in which we will walk or run on the spot. This means that this routine includes both options, with and without impact, being able to choose the one you prefer

For this routine I am going to use 3 kilo dumbbells, you can raise or lower the weight of them depending on your current physical condition, but I do recommend that you use weight to feel the work, otherwise it would be too soft .
