Sculpt and strengthen the entire body with this effective 30Minute Full Body Workout! All you need is a single dumbbell to build strength, improve endurance and increase muscle definition!

This full body workout is written in our fanfavorite superset format a fun and engaging way to get fit at home when you have limited time!

✨THE WORKOUT: 30 Minute Full Body Workout (One Dumbbell) ✨

► EQUIPMENT: Single Dumbbell. I’m using 1520 lbs.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
It looks like this:
✔4 Full Body Supersets (2 moves per circuit, one dumbbell strength exercise and one power move)
✔Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for the strength exercise and 30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest for the cardio/power exercise)
✔Repeat Each Circuit x3 Sets

►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE:
Strength: Single Arm Row + Clean + Uneven Squat Into Lateral Lunge
Power: Lateral Shuffle + Dumbbell Clean Pick Up

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO:
Strength: Reverse Lunge + Twist + Single Arm Hammer Curl
Power: Lunge Drops

3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE:
Strength: Beast Dumbbell Drag + Plank Push Up
Power: Burpee + Single Arm Press

4⃣ CIRCUIT FOUR:
Strength: Single Leg Glute Bridge + Skull Crusher
Power: Reverse Crunch with Overhead Pull + Seated Twist
