► EQUIPMENT: Medium to Heavy Dumbbells. I'm using 1525 lbs. Optional mini loop resistance band.

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔8 KneeFriendly Leg Exercises
✔ Timed Intervals (45 seconds of work, 15 seconds rest; complete as many repetitions as you can in the timed interval)
✔ Strict Sets (repeat each exercise x 2 sets, backtoback)
