30-Minute Full-Body Rehab Exercise Class - Beginner Level (Follow Along!)

Follow Taylor the Kinesiologist through a simple & effective full body rehab exercise workout. This is a gentle series of exercises intended for those who are just getting back into exercise.

Be sure to stay within a comfortable range of motion with these exercises and do not exceed your capacity.

Use a light to medium difficulty band for these exercises.

Classes occur on Monday, Wednesday & Friday at 10:30am & 11:15am PST
If you are unable to attend these class times, Taylor still offers recordings of all of his classes for you to follow along with on your own time!
