✨THE WORKOUT: 35Minute Full Body Strength + Boxing Workout (Strength + Cardio)✨

► INSTRUCTIONS:
✔3 Circuits (each circuit has a 3minute lower body strength block and a 35minute upper body boxing block)
✔Timed Intervals for Strength Moves (30 seconds of work, 15 seconds of rest) x2 Sets
✔A Variety of Sequenced Combos In Each Boxing Circuit (flowing directly from one move to the next; no repeats)

►Workout Outline:
1⃣ CIRCUIT ONE STRENGTH:
1) Uneven Squat R/L
2) 3 Pulse Split Lunge Option Add Knee Drive R/L

CIRCUIT ONE BOXING

2⃣ CIRCUIT TWO STRENGTH:
1) Deadlift + Clean
2) 3 Lateral Squats into Lateral Lunge

CIRCUIT TWO BOXING

3⃣ CIRCUIT THREE STRENGTH:
1) Frog Pump Glute Bridges
2) 3 Single Leg Glute Bridges + 3 Second Hold R/L
