We are testing the FS37kw high speed disperser to ensure superior product performance. This is another equipment for Filipino customer who had purchased SZ2000L vacuum triple shaft mixer and FS37kw high speed mixer. Two professionals from customer’s company visited our factory and inspected the two machines in February. After that, they placed the second order to us.

High speed disperser is an economical and simple mixing equipment, its primary purpose is to dissolve powders into liquid and break down agglomerates to produce uniform dispersion. FS37kw high speed disperser is equipped with 2000L portable tank. Portable tank can be easily rolled away on wheels or picked up with a fork truck. A changecan design allows continuous operation through use of interchangeable vessels, including for mixing, discharging, cleaning and preparation.

A disc type blade is mounted at the bottom end of the mixing shaft rotating at a relatively high tip speed. The solids and liquids are drawn into the rotating blade by the suction it creates. This suction usually results in vigorous turbulent flow from the top of the mixture down to the top of the blade. The shaft can be lifted by hydraulic cylinder, which enables the operator to raise the blade out of the mixing vessel and change to another vessel.

FS high speed disperser, also called high speed mixer, is a high shear disperser system for the production of viscous dispersions in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries. It’s especially suitable for wet dispersing and mixing solids in liquids. High speed disperser is an important part of multi shaft mixer.

What is high speed disperser made of?

FS high speed disperser is usually made of a high speed toothed disc, pneumatic or hydraulic lifting system, transmission part and motor etc.

How does high speed mixer work?

Due to the pneumatic or hydraulic lifting system, the high speed disperser is lifted to its top point so that a portable manufacturing tank can be moved below the disperser. After the tank is fixed by the two brackets around the side, the disperser is brought down inside the tank.

The high speed disperser is driven by ABB or Siemens motor and rotates at the speed of 1400rpm causing strong shear force. The product is sucked from both top and bottom of the disperser into the high shear zone.

The product is dispersed, high sheared, emulsified and homogenized at the high shear edge of disperser. Then it’s accelerated to spread back to top and bottom of the disperser.

The product is dispersed by the toothed disc and goes circulated inside the manufacturing tank. After several circulations, it’s completely mixed, high sheared, dispersed, emulsified and homogenized.
