3D CATHEDRAL - Realistic Collapse Simulation (Earthquake)

Here's my biggest project so far! It took me about a week to build this 3D medieval cathedral in Blender. I honestly cannot believe that my computer was able to run this simulation which contains a total of 25,757 objects and 590,127 material constraints.

For the Bullet Constraints Builder extension, I have used 12 different material properties: Dome stone, Masonry, higher density concrete, lower density concrete, timber spruce (roof), glass windows, wooden floor, rope (not very realistic but I'm still testing out new parameters), furniture and chandeliers.

This simulation was created in Blender 3D with the Bullet Constraints Builder (BCB) which extends Blender´s basic physics functionality with a sophisticated toolset to simulate load dynamics in building structures. It establishes constraining connections between rigid bodies that incorporate real world behavior and parameters.
