This webinar will describe and help you better understand how the Voice of the Customer and 3P new product development methodologies can be applied to develop creative and collaborative environments for designing and improving products. The approach brings together what is desirable from a user point of view with what is technologically feasible and economically viable. It also illustrates the strength of open design and how people who aren't trained as designers can use creative tools to address a wide range of challenges.

The webinar is led by Ken Rolfes, who is a longtime AME volunteer, regional director and directoratlarge. Ken has more than 35 years of diversified manufacturing experience in public and private companies that design, manufacture and market technicallybased products for the medical device, industrial product and computer industries. Ken holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and an MBA in Finance and currently works with clients globally to develop and execute strategies accelerating profitability and growth.
