I'm excited to share an effective piriformis muscle strengthening routine with great piriformis exercises to help you alleviate piriformis syndrome and hip pain. Incorporating these specific piriformis strengthening exercises can be so beneficial in adding stability to your pelvis.

What is Piriformis Syndrome:
Piriformis syndrome occurs when the piriformis muscle located deep in the buttocks becomes tight and inflamed, pressing on the nearby sciatic nerve.
By regularly engaging in targeted strengthening exercises for the piriformis muscle, you can experience relief. The exercises also promote general hip stability.
