DaWens Food Quest

In early summer, I embarked on a trip to Chengdu, Sichuan Province, China. At this time, the weather in Chengdu was already very hot and often accompanied by showers. Despite this, the city's charm remains undiminished. On this trip, I spent four days exploring four different markets on the outskirts of Chengdu. Each market has its own unique style and charm, and the variety of delicacies and snacks is dazzling. These markets not only display a wealth of local specialties, but are also full of a strong atmosphere of market life.

During these days of traveling to suburban markets, I deeply felt the enthusiasm and friendliness of Sichuan people. Whether I’m shopping in the market or chatting with locals, their simplicity and enthusiasm always make me feel warm. The residents here are hardworking and intelligent, and they create a colorful life through their own hands. This spirit makes me sincerely admire.

Through this trip, I not only tasted authentic Sichuan food, but also experienced the unique lifestyle of the locals. This journey gave me a deeper understanding of Chengdu and made me love this land and its people even more. The friendliness and hard work of Sichuan people, as well as their wisdom in life, have benefited me a lot and have endless aftertaste.
