My overall pick for this is FullJourney because you can train multiple LoRAs plus generate unlimited images and 4 second SVD videos from those images on their $10/month Founders Image Only Planthis is the best AI deal in town.
If you're only looking to generate images, EverArt has the best resemblances to the original and their Creator plan is $15 for 200 images. Leonardo's free plan is great, but it would just take longer because you only get 5(?) Alchemy generations a day and you need Alchemy to get good results. Runway has some other amazing tools that I love but their image trainer is not Runway quality yet.
