4 Exercises Better Than Sit Ups
While sit ups often get an unnecessary bad rap, there are other moves we can include that may be a better match for our needs and goals and even more “bang for our buck.”
Here are 4 moves I prefer to use over the standard sit up, especially when clients are short on time and really want to bulletproof their core!
