I'm excited to share 4 "forever" dividend stocks that comprise 37.66% of my personal dividend stock portfolio. I have increased the weight of these positions that drive meaningful cash flow, while allowing me to sleep well at night.

Timestamps:
0:00 INTRODUCTION: My Core 4 stocks represent 37.66% of my dividend stock portfolio!
0:38 My Core 4 Dividend Stocks: SBUX, JNJ, PEP, and MCD
1:10 I've added shares in PEP and MCD this year, in 2023.
1:40 I've been working really hard, but my stocks are always working hard for me in the background.
1:42 SEGMENT 1: PEPSICO (PEP) Q2 EARNINGS (THEY ARE STAGGERING)
2:00 Revenue is up 10.4% yearoveryear.
2:05 EPS is up 15% yearoveryear.
2:40 Increased 2023 annual guidance! Revenue 10% yearoveryear, and EPS 12% yearoveryear.
3:04 They beat analyst estimates.
3:26 This is precisely why I have increased my emphasis on my core 4 (forever) dividend stocks. These are the stocks that have carried my portfolio and will continue to carry my portfolio.
4:04 SEGMENT 2: MY CORE 4 FOREVER DIVIDEND STOCKS
4:10 SBUX 10.86%, JNJ 9.56%, PEP 8.91%, MCD 8.33% weighting
5:26 I rely on dividends to replenish emergency funds, and to pay bills too.
5:52 I rely on dividend increases. MCD is increasing the dividend by 8.5% per year, on average (last 5 years).
7:04 My core 4 offer me broad diversification across industries, although I am a bit heavy on restaurants.
7:54 Check out my pinned comment for my Patreon. I just shared a portfolio update (percentage allocation to each position) on Corner Patreon.
8:44 Starbucks (SBUX) dividend stock analysis I love the 8.0% 5year dividend CAGR
9:24 All of these stocks (other than JNJ) are richlyvalued. Investors are going for quality during uncertain times.
10:06 It never makes sense to compromise on quality in dividend stock investing.
11:12 Johnson & Johnson (JNJ) dividend stock analysis I love the valuation, it's the only one on sale. Of course, there is risk.
12:29 My overall portfolio yield these days is 3.3%. This is not my yieldoncost, but my overall yield. I'm a more riskadverse dividend investor.
13:35 PepsiCo (PEP) dividend stock analysis I love the dividend growth, and the company growth. However, it's expensive.
13:59 McDonalds (MCD) dividend stock analysis I love the 8.5% 5year dividend CAGR.
14:14 I have found you cannot underestimate the ability for a high quality company to appreciate in share price.
