For the first hit: 1 * 1.7 * 0.6 * 0.5 = 51%
For the 2nd to 11th hit: 0.2 * 1.7 * 0.6 * 0.5 = 10%
all 10 hits nonfreeze = (110%) ^10 = 35%
Freeze chance = 51% + 49% * (1 35%) = 83%
