That may include personnel costs, program materials and equipment, etc. Think about what it takes to execute the program the right way and write up a realistic budget. The budget also includes what revenue will cover the costs. Funders need to have a sense of what it costs and how you will plan to cover those costs along with the grant you’re applying for.
