Four years ago I finished travelling the world by bike and found myself in a slump. I was drinking more than is healthy and was waking up with hangovers far too frequently. I stopped drinking for a few weeks and found my energy improved and I felt fresh. I slept better and no longer had to contend with hangovers. The weeks turned into months, the months turned into years.
