How to reduce anxiety and heal your emotional state with meditation:

Find a Quiet Space:
Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you can sit or lie down without distractions. It could be a corner of your room, a peaceful spot in nature, or anywhere else where you feel relaxed and at ease.

Get Comfortable:
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position. You can sit crosslegged on the floor, in a chair with your feet flat on the ground, or even lie down on your back. The key is to find a position that allows you to relax without discomfort.
