I'm getting real and raw about something that's been on my heart lately: navigating those low emotional dips. Yep, I have those long moments or periods of time where I'm not feeling like my usual upbeat brighteyed self.  But the difference with this one? I actually honored it for once.

So, I'm sharing the thoughts and insights that bubbled up during this period of selfreflection including:
