錆びついて老朽化したせいなのか自暴自棄となった救急車たちが、踏切が設置されていない鉄道で暴走行為を繰り返して、近隣に迷惑をかけていました。そこで、当局は、すぐに優秀な踏切を設置して、暴走行為などを取り締まり、鉄道運行の正常化に努めました。踏切は、遮断機などを有効に使い、安全な鉄道業務の運行を実現に成功しましたが、それでも、踏切の言うことを聞かずに暴走しようとする救急車に対しては、厳格な処分を下しました。
