Join us as we embark on a journey to the breathtaking Emerald Lake in Yoho National Park. Famous for its vivid emeraldcolored water and surrounded by the majestic President Mountain Range, this freshwater lake is a true gem. We stayed at the historic and highend Emerald Lake Lodge, the only property on secluded Emerald Lake. Built in 1902 by the Canadian Pacific Railway, the lodge offers 85 comfortable units in 24 chaletstyle cabins.

During our stay, we had several unique experiences such as sitting by a real wood fireplace in our room and viewing the glaciers and lake from our balcony. We also enjoyed watching the sunrise at the lodge, taking in the serene atmosphere and listening to the early bird singing. The lodge also features a highend restaurant offering gourmet cuisine, where we enjoyed delicious meals with a view of the Emerald Lake.
