1 Omelet with buckwheat in 2 minutes
• Buckwheat 0.5 cup
• Egg 1 pc.
• Cheese 30 g
• Spices, salt

2 Yesterday's buckwheat casserole with mushrooms
• Buckwheat (boiled) 4 cups
• Mushrooms 300 g
• Onions 1 pc.
• Eggs 3 pcs.
• Sour cream 4 Tbsp.
• Ground black pepper
• salt

3 Salad with buckwheat
• Eggplant 2 pcs.
• Buckwheat 250 g
• Onions 1 pc.
• Tomatoes 2 pcs.
• Greens (I took celery and parsley)
• Green onions
• Garlic 1 clove
• Olive oil 23 tsp
• Cumin 0.5 tsp.
• salt

4 Buckwheat and courgette (zucchini) Fritters
• Courgette (Squash, zucchini) 500 g
• Buckwheat 500 g
• Flour 4 Tbsp.
• Egg 1 pc.
• Garlic 12 cloves
• Ground black pepper
• salt

5 Buckwheat cutlets (They taste like meat!)
• Boiled buckwheat 400 g
• Onions 300 g
• Water 1 Tbsp.
• Spices (I 'm using seasoning from vegetables and greens)
• salt
*** You can add 1 egg and 1 Tbsp. flour
