In the west of the Principality of Asturias, the town of Taramundi is home to the Teixois Ethnographic Ensemble, with a series of hydraulic devices that make it one of the most peculiar in our geography. In the year 2000, I was able to learn about this set of mechanical artifices born from the talent that a lack of resources arouses, and that manifests itself in the use of the river bed.
