Hello, beautiful souls!

Today’s video is a more personal, sit down, chatty, vulnerable sharing of the 5 habits I’ve quite to heal my nervous system.

For me, it is easy to get caught up in the hustle and grind. Especially being on Youtube, I find I often slip into external barometers of success such as likes, views and subscribers. I can also get caught up in the algorithm’s measurement of my value. All of these things do a number on my nervous system and contribute to stress, anxiety and tension in my body.

Today, I’m opening up about the conscious choices I’ve made more recently to regulate my nervous system.

In this video, I will discuss:

1. Pacing: How becoming aware of my pacing has affected my nervous system.
2. Hydration: This seems so obvious, but this small change has made a massive difference.
3. Work/Life Balance: Am I working to live, or living to work.
4. Isolating: The nervous system is a system of connection
5. Evening Routine: The internet is full of morning routines, but it has been my evening routine that has been an absolute gamechanger for me.

Each of these changes has played a significant role in regulating my nervous system and bringing more calm energy into my life. I hope that by sharing my experiences, you will find inspiration and practical tips to support your own journey to wellbeing.
