Here are 5 exercises to strengthen your feet. Strong and flexible feet can help reduce foot and ankle pain, decrease muscle soreness, and help you stay active overall. All the exercises can be done in a chair. This video is perfect for seniors and beginner exercisers.

We recommend doing these exercises twice in one sitting at least three times a week. They can be done after a warm up or any yes2next video.

Point/Flex/Circles 5x each foot
Heel Raises 5x
Ball of Foot Circles 5x each foot
Toe curls 10x
