Red Salsa
Ingredients
10 roma tomatoes, green tops removed
1 garlic clove
13 serrano peppers
salt to taste
¼ cup packed cilantro
¼ cup onion, diced

Instructions
Boil tomatoes, and serrano peppers for 15 minutes
Once soft, drain and put in a blender.
Add in salt and garlic clove.
Once well blended add cilantro, pulse 510 times.
Pour into a dish and stir in diced onion.
