Howdy doody, frienderoonies! Today we're here to talk about hardware synthesizers and synth plugins. This debate seems to eternally rage on with passionate arguments for both sides, and I figured I should weigh in more formally now that I've started doing a few hardware videos on the channel.

With powerful synths like Vital, Serum, or Pigments, it's maybe a bit hard to see the appeal of a device that costs several times as much without nearly as many features. Hardware synths are a lot of fun, but they do have their downsides. But, does it outweigh their pros? That's for you to decide.
