1⃣ Sleep Early

Your goal should not be to wake up early but to sleep early. It's important to sleep enough.

2⃣ Give Yourself a Strong Reason to Wake Up

Without strong reason you can't wake up. Find a step reason for yourself to wake. If you don't have, then you'll not be able to stay consistent.

3⃣ Command your Brain

Before sleeping, command yourself to wake up at a specific time. You must have experienced many times, isn't it?

4⃣ Conquer the first 5 seconds

Do something, that your mind gets active quickly. Sleeping more 5 minutes can lead to 1hour bonus sleep

5⃣ Sleep at the same time

If you'll sleep at the same time, then you'll be able to wake at the same healthy. It'll help in building your muscle memory.
