Turmeric Milk Recipe:
1. Take one glass of milk.
2. Add 2 crushed black peppercorns and one strand of saffron to it.
3. Boil it.
4. Just as the milk begins to boil, add 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder.
 
NOTE: Consume this milk at least 45 minutes before going to bed.
