A few nuggets from this session:
1. Take the athlete through a general warmup.
2. Take the athlete through a specific warmup for the movements being performed.
3. Do not take a new athlete to a 1 rep max in the first month of training. Master unloaded basics of bodyweight movements first.
4. Communicate desired goals for the stimulus of the workout
5. Take note of what went right and what went wrong. Make adjustments for the next session!
