In today’s episode of Know Your Ingredients I will share 5 Ways to Eat or consume Methi Seeds For Hormonal Balance. Also include in this Video are the Benefits of Fenugreek for Female & benefits in Weight Loss. Fenugreek / Methi Seeds is an amazing herb which is a common ingredient in a number of Indian dishes. It’s loaded with Iron, Manganese, Copper, Magnesium. Methi seeds also contain choline, inositol and biotin. They also contain B group vitamins like zinc, potassium, selenium, folate and phosphorus. Fenugreek seeds are believed to have an estrogenic effect as it contains a phytoestrogen called diosgenin. Through the thyroid hormone, the estrogenic activity of fenugreek constituent inhibits lipid levels indirectly. It also helps to improve glucose metabolic disorders associated with obesity.
