Thanks be to God and thanks to all of you! What great fulfillment to know that all my effort, financial investment, passion and hard work for this craft is being recognized and appreciated. I am so humbled and grateful.

This is why even with a break down of my MAIN dehydrator (by the way it was not UPJoe, something went off in the machine ‍♀), I’ve spent all weekend still trying to get things done. I’ve had to restrategise what I intended to do but I’ve still got some pretty amazing videos planned to say a huge thank you to you all, starting with this beautiful crush. I mean I think this is my absolute FAV fresh chalk Mass crush so far. It was soooooo NICE. Everything from the texture to the smell of the chalk. My mouth is salivating …there’s 5 mins of powder play, I REOILED my hands + I even showed some powder clearing and brush action. Mmmmm

The good news is that the other dehydrator which I thought was also broken down is not. Thank GOD. But I had to get a little bit creative because the dehydrators left are not tall enough to house my block moulds. So guess what I did? I ripped the block moulds into halves so I could at least make some block thins . If and when I get a new dehydrator that can fit normal sized block moulds then I guess I’ll have to order more block moulds ‍♀ …

Anywayssss, Mass yesterday was moving. It was all about the two thieves hanging next to Christ on the cross. One was being smug and trying to bait Christ into being angry by saying well if you are really God then save yourself and save us. And the other, knowing that he had sinned told the other guy to shut up because they were actually guilty but that Christ is innocent. His ever memorable words which we still sing today as a taizé song JESUS, remember me, when you come into your Kingdom… to which Christ responded: Today you shall be with me in paradise. Wow. So heartfelt, so loving. Lessons? Well, it’s never late to say sorry and ask for forgiveness like that good and humble thief. And, please let’s not be smug about anything knowing very well that we are all sinners and we all fall short. Humility, humility, humility…
