With Father's Day just around the corner, I wanted to talk about: healing from and unpacking family wounds.

This episode was actually inspired by a Mother's Day healing event I hosted last month, where I witnessed so much pain and hurt bubbling to the surface in the group.

You see, there are countless wounds and feelings that many of us carry around when it comes to our family and parental figures.

In this episode, I talk about:

How society and people often perpetuate harmful messages that can stunt our healing process and and why they're so damaging
How to facilitate healing with examples of what setting hard boundaries may look like and why it's absolutely necessary for your peace and happiness.

Because let's face it, your wellbeing is priceless, and you deserve to prioritize it above all else.
